What we do
Digital Accessibility Services
Accessibility is not one project. It is an audit, a set of real code fixes, the documentation that proves them, and the monitoring that keeps them true as your site changes. We deliver all four — across WCAG 2.2, ADA Title II and III, Section 508, EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.
Find the barriers — accessibility audits and testing
Everything starts with knowing what is actually broken. Automated scanners surface roughly 30% of real accessibility barriers; the rest — keyboard traps, illogical focus order, meaningless alt text, unusable custom widgets — need a person and an assistive technology.
Accessibility audit
Manual WCAG 2.2 testing of your live site by senior engineers and screen-reader users, delivered as a severity-ranked, developer-ready report.
Mobile app accessibility audit
Native iOS and Android testing with VoiceOver, TalkBack and Voice Control on real devices, mapped to WCAG2ICT and Section 508 Trusted Tester.
Fix them at the source — remediation and development
A report that nobody acts on changes nothing. We work directly in your repository and fix the HTML, CSS and JavaScript that causes the failure — never an overlay script layered on top of it.
Accessibility remediation
Code-level fixes across React, Vue, Angular, PHP and Liquid, implemented and re-tested by our engineers alongside your team.
Shopify accessibility
Accessible storefronts and checkout built on our own conformant base theme, or remediation of the theme you already run.
Webflow accessibility
Accessible Webflow builds and remediation, from component structure through to published-site testing.
Accessible web design
Figma annotations for focus order, ARIA roles, contrast and touch targets — so your developers build it right the first time.
Prove it — documentation and legal strategy
Conformance you cannot evidence is conformance you cannot defend. These are the documents procurement teams ask for and counsel relies on.
VPAT services
Audit-backed Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates and Accessibility Conformance Reports in WCAG, Section 508 and EN 301 549 editions.
Accessibility statement
Accessibility statements, letters of conformance and organisational policies — written only after we have tested what they describe.
ADA compliance services
Demand-letter response, risk assessment, accessibility policy and expert witness testimony, working alongside your legal counsel.
Keep it — monitoring, software and training
Sites change every week, and every change can reintroduce a barrier. Conformance is a state you maintain, not a certificate you earn once.
Accessibility monitoring
Scheduled automated scans plus monthly manual screen-reader testing, with a live dashboard and a documented record of every fix.
Accessibility compliance software
Our audit platform for tracking defects, remediation progress and WCAG reporting across large or multi-team estates.
Beyond the website — documents and media
Most accessibility programmes stop at the HTML. The PDFs behind your links and the videos on your pages are just as often the thing a complaint actually cites.
PDF remediation
Tagged structure, alt text, reading order and PDF/UA validation for PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint decks and Excel workbooks.
Video accessibility
Captions, descriptive transcripts, audio description and a WCAG-conformant media player built to match your brand.
Which accessibility service do you need?
Most people arrive here already knowing their situation but not the name of the service that solves it. Find your row.
| Your situation | Start here |
|---|---|
| You have received an ADA demand letter | ADA compliance services |
| A buyer is asking for a VPAT before they sign | VPAT services |
| You do not know where you stand yet | Accessibility audit |
| You have a report but no capacity to act on it | Accessibility remediation |
| You passed an audit and want to stay passed | Accessibility monitoring |
| You are building something new | Accessible web design |
| Your PDFs are the problem | PDF remediation |
| Your team keeps reintroducing the same issues | Accessibility training |
How our accessibility services work together
You can buy any of these on their own. Bought together they form a programme that holds up over time rather than a snapshot that decays the week after delivery.
Assess
A manual audit establishes a defensible baseline and tells you honestly how far you are from conformance.
Remediate
Fixes land in your codebase, are re-tested against WCAG 2.2 AA, and your developers learn the pattern as we go.
Evidence
An accessibility statement, a VPAT where procurement needs one, and a dated record of what was found and fixed.
Maintain
Scheduled scans and periodic manual re-tests catch regressions before your users — or a plaintiff — find them.
Frequently asked questions about our accessibility services
What is included in a full accessibility services engagement?
A typical programme runs in four stages: a manual audit that establishes where you stand, code-level remediation of what it found, documentation that evidences the result, and ongoing monitoring that keeps it true. You can start at any stage — most organisations start with the audit, but if a demand letter has already arrived we usually start with legal strategy instead.
How much do accessibility services cost?
Scope is driven by unique templates and interactive flows rather than raw page count, because a checkout funnel takes far longer to test properly than twenty near-identical article pages. Our audit packages and monitoring plans are published in full on the pricing page, and a free assessment will tell you which tier your site actually needs.
Do you work with our existing developers or replace them?
We work with them. Our engineers collaborate through your GitHub, Bitbucket or GitLab repository, and we pair with your team as we go so the accessibility knowledge stays in-house after the engagement ends. The code we write is yours.
Which accessibility standards do your services cover?
WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at Level AA and AAA, ADA Title II and Title III, Section 508, EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act, AODA and the ACA. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our default testing standard because it satisfies the substantive requirements of the others.
Why not just install an accessibility overlay?
Overlay widgets sit on top of inaccessible markup rather than fixing it. They routinely fail manual WCAG testing, are frequently cited in accessibility lawsuits, and in some cases introduce new barriers for screen-reader users. Every service on this page fixes the underlying code instead.
Not sure where to start?
Run a free accessibility check on your site. It takes a minute, it is not a sales call, and it will tell you plainly whether you need a full audit or something smaller.
